 Le spedizioni, salvo diversi accordi, saranno effettuate a mezzo trasportatori definiti a cura di LO SPARTITO o sua delegata.
In questo caso, e solo quando e' addebitato il costo di spedizione, la merce viaggia a nostro rischio.
In caso di furto/smarrimento LO SPARTITO si impegna ad inviare un nuovo prodotto e, ove lo stesso dovesse essere indisponibile e/o esaurito, proporra' un diverso prodotto, ma con caratteristiche equivalenti, con facolta' per il cliente di non accettare tale nuovo prodotto e richiedere l'emissione di nota di credito relativa al prodotto stesso.
Nell'ipotesi che il trasportatore sia incaricato a qualsiasi titolo dal cliente, LO SPARTITO non sara' responsabile della perdita e/o avaria del prodotto fin dal momento della consegna della merce al vettore presso i propri magazzini.
Il tempo di consegna, puramente indicativo è di circa 48-72 ore (escluso isole) lavorative dalla data dell'ordine, lo stesso potrà subire variazioni per cause di forza maggiore o a causa delle condizioni di traffico e della viabilità in genere o per atto delle Autorità.
La consegna, salvo diverso accordo scritto fra le parti, avverrà negli orari di ufficio: dalle ore 8.30 alle ore 12.30; dalle 15.30 alle ore 19.30, di tutti i giorni, non festivi, dal lunedì al venerdì.

The time of delivery, for the foreign country is from defining to second of the destination, the same one will be able to endure variations for causes of act of God or because of the conditions of traffic and the practicability generally or for action of the Authorities.
The delivery, but various agreement written between the parts, will happen in the office timetables: from hours 8,30 to hours 12.30; from the 15,30 to hours 19,30, every day, not festive, from the monday to the friday. |
