Rischio e Proprieta'
La merce e' spedita in porto franco, assicurata con addebito in fattura; nel caso in cui la merce fosse spedita in porto assegnato, dietro indicazione del cliente, il rischio e da ritenersi a carico del cliente dalla consegna della merce al vettore dai propri magazzini. Al momento della consegna della merce, il cliente deve verificare l'integrita' dei colli e la corrispondenza quantitativa e qualitativa con quanto indicato nel documento accompagnatorio (DDT). In caso di difformita', la stessa dovra' essere segnalata sul medesimo documento accompagnatorio e confermata, entro sette giorni via fax o raccomandata a.r., a LO SPARTITO al commerciale di riferimento. Pur in presenza di imballo integro, la marce dovra' essere verificata entro sette giorni dal ricevimento. Eventuali anomalie occulte, dovranno essere segnalate per iscritto a mezzo fax o raccomandata a.r.. Ogni segnalazione oltre i suddetti termini, non sara' presa in considerazione. Per ogni dichiarazione, il cliente si assume la responsabilita' piena di quanto dichiarato.
Diritto di recesso
La consegna si considera effettuata nel momento in cui si pone il materiale richesto a disposizione del Cliente ed il destinatario firma la corrispondente ricevuta di avvenuta consegna.
Se gli articoli inviati non corrispondono in natura o quantitą con quelli specificati in fattura, il Cliente dovrą comunicare per email, telefono o lettera raccomandata il suo reclamo entro 7 (sette) giorni dalla consegna.
Lo Spartito srl rimborserį l'importo corrispondente o procederį alla sostituzione per errato invio quando riceverą la restituzione del materiale.
Le spese di spedizione occasionate saranno a carico del Cliente .
L'ordine registrato e non ancora spedito si puņ modificare o annullare in qualsiasi momento.
Una volta inviato, considerando il carattere dei prodotti offerti, (libri, Cd, DVD ecc.), non č possibile, da parte del Cliente, esercitare la facoltą di "Diritto di ripensamento" eccetto nel caso in cui il materiale sia restituito con l'imballo esterno non aperto.
Per maggior chiarezza: l'imballo esterno in questo caso non si riferisce al cellophan che avvolge i DVD o CD o la eventuale protezione di un singolo prodotto, ma la busta o pacco consegnati dal postino.
Ricevuta la restituzione del materiale con l'imballo integro, nel caso di pagamento effettuato con Carta di Credito si procederį immediatamente al rimborso.
Ordini
Gli ordini sono accettati solo ed esclusivamente in forma scritta, o a mezzo fax, o tramite Internet (on line).
Si richiede un ordine minimo di euro 19,00.
Il cliente che invia l'ordine via Internet ricevera', al termine della procedura, una comunicazione di conferma dall'avvenuto ordine, o tramite posta elettronica (E-mail), con l'indicazione del relativo numero d'ordine; nell'ipotesi che, dopo l'invio dell'ordine, non compaia (trascorsi alcuni minuti) il numero d'ordine, la proposta s'intendera' come non accettata, ad ogni effetto di legge, anche se per motivi contabili, amministrativi o per carenza di prodotto.
